     1.  My agent did not communicate with me!  - We will.  You must know, and know

     2.  The former agent lied to us about the price! - You may expect honesty from us from
          the first minute to the last.  We will never tell you an inflated price just to get your

          SELLING homes.
     3.  We had more agents show the house from other companies, than from our former

          since 1989 with over a thousand transactions completed.  Bob was a Sales Manager
          for Centex Homes and HBMS and facilitated the marketing and sales of over 5,000
          homes for them.   The average number of homes sold per licensee in California is
          under 2 per year.  Go with experience - you won't be disappointed.
